How to get the fastest reply

Put the tool or page in the subject line — e.g. “UK invoice: VAT field not saving” or “Add a DJ invoice generator”. It helps us route the message quickly.
For bugs, tell us the browser and device you were using, what you did, and what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help.
For new profession or country requests, include a couple of example line items and the typical payment terms for that trade — it helps us build a genuinely useful template, not a stub.
For partnership or press enquiries, use the general address above with “Partnership” or “Press” in the subject.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. It's usually faster.

A note on privacy: nothing you enter into any DocForge tool is ever sent to us — documents are generated entirely in your browser. So there's no need to include invoice or document details in your email unless you specifically want us to look at something.
